Lemon Charge

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup(s) strawberries, washed and sliced
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk, fat-free
  • 4 ounce(s) yogurt, lemon, low-fat

Preparation

1. Using a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries and sugar together. Slowly pour in the milk and yogurt and blend until frothy. Garnish with a lemon slice or sliced strawberry.
